Ride issue

My trip got canceled in middle of my destination.And I have to pay extra charge for that.I didn't canceled the ride still it got canceled and I have been asked to pay a sum of 128 rupee and now I again need to book Uber from there and again I have been charged 382 rupee.Earlier it was 392 with my pick-up point to destination but now due to this I have to pay 128+382 .I need my 128 rupee back since this doesn't happened due to me
