Doesn’t work and can’t get Shavel to answer my call

Bought King heated blanket new. Has dual controls. Only half works. Get an error code on the bad half. User’s recommendation: Products only good as their service.

Electric blanket stopped working, no response from customer service

Update by user Aug 22, 2019 I should also add that I did register my blanket on the Shavel.com website about a week after I received it.
