My husband picked up a Tre Stelle Traditonal Ricotta for me yesterday. The best before is aug 02 2021. We served it last night it looked like it curdled. Please check the product and remove it from the shelf. It has definitely gone bad. This is the indicator number on the product. User's recommendation: The only thing I can think of is that the staff had it in the sun or out of the fridge. This to me would be the only reason for it to spoil early.
