Returned product, haven’t received credit yet

I ordered 2 swimsuits from Rotita in early May. They arrived in separate packages in a timely manner. However, they did not fit properly so I returned them using their return instructions. I received a credit from one suit, however am having a lot of trouble getting credit for the 2nd one. I've contacted them numerous times and have had no luck. User's recommendation: Be cautious!!!
