Your return policy executives calls and can't understand their glitchy voice and they cut the call. And why your helpline no. Are fake just company can call. But customer cannot. And worst return policy I've ever seen. I returned phone on 4th day and today is 7th and return is cancelled. How and why , i want my refund. User's recommendation: Add a real helpline no. for queries instead a call from company.
