Beginning- I ordered mattress, was supposed to be delivered in 10 days.. 4 weeks later no one would help me cancel order When I finally got someone to help I was immediately transfered to shipping company that said they only deliver on thursdays.. So overstock said I needed to accept delivery and use it.. if I didn't like it I could return.. slept 6 nights it was terrible.and called to return.. Apparently I was at 31 days and they can onlynever only return at 30 days
