Order 14MX2HH Purchases made on 5/1/21 but not RECEIVED until 5/12/21. I have attempted to return these items on two separate occasions in person, but was told it could not be done. I am now trying to do this by mail and told I am now outside the 60 period. I cannot be outside this period if I didnt receive the items until 5/12/21. It is 7/4/21. I am incredibly frustrated and would like this matter escalated to your manager to allow return of this items immediately. Please forward a return label that will allow return and FULL credit. I will send as soon as received. None of the items have been worn and all have original tags. Please expedite this matter to manger or supervisor for prompt reply. Thank you for your consideration.
