i ordered men's jumpers and both were the wrong colour so i was told to use the barcode on invoice which was wrong. i took it to the hermes shop to return but they didn't accepted so I had no option but to pay to hermes £4.75 p to return . I am claiming this as well as my jumpers money i paid. I sent 7 emails rang 9 times 0344800**** getting no reply..what's going on. please look into the matter and response back on my email...savita1@***.comnono
