Return code

Im trying to do a return for order #101321****43 and dont know what a captcha code is and cant find it. Can you help me with this? Also, will you email me a return shipping label too please. Thank you. User's recommendation: This company is sketchy-don’t order from them! They don’t respond if you need to return an item. I haven’t heard anything from them since reaching out to customer service.
