Update by user Mar 27, 2021 When I tried to contact My Heritage there was a recording saying their phone number has change and to go to My Heritage/contact and I was unable to find a phone number. Since I can't call them I am unable to have this issue taken care of. Why has this company made it impossible for customers to contact them? I think it is because they have too many unhappy customers. This company is a scam Original review posted by user Mar 27, 2021 My mother was 100% Norwegian and my DNA came back 16.5 Scandinavian. It is my understanding that people inherit 50% of their DNA from their mother and 49% from their father. My results are inaccurate. Also, they did not have anything information about my parents not even their names. They never mentioned that I have a sister. Do not buy My Heritage DNA kit. User's recommendation: Do not buy My Heritage Kit!
