House and Home in Rustenburg is super useless!! Have been struggling with a faulty mattress which the springs broke within less than 12 months. First they said I would get a refund as the bed has been discontinued, then they promised to replace it but not with the same make, with some cheaper make because that bed set was on sale and they cant replace it with the same value as the initial one. Been struggling now for more than 4 months to get the bed replacement. STILL NOTHING!!! Promises by various store personnel that the new (Not the Edblo make as initially promised but an Arabian Nights make that was supposed to be delivered last week already) phone calls and messages being ignored, went in store on Wednesday and was promised the bed would be delivered on Thursday, and still today nothing!! No communication, no after service and NO HELP!! This is really unacceptable and I will MOST definitely NOT be doing business with THAT store EVER again.
