I recently (last night) received an Email from DSC notifying me DSC was having difficulty processing my order to be shipped on August 13th. I notified your representative that I wished to CANCEL that order and all others (canceling my subscription). I was informed that request would be handled immediately. Thank you. PFJ User's recommendation: Be prepared for a giant RUN AROUND.
