Update by user Jun 24, 2021 Thanks to Kurt and Kevin things worked out great.. Original review posted by user Jun 24, 2021 The salesman never ever said the mattress pad did not come with the bed when shipped. So when the bed was delivered we had no mattress pad to put on the bed. I called the salesman he said oh that gets shipped separately. Which was NEVER told to us. But in the end at another store we got the mattress pad that our original salesman could have checked on but was to lazy to do so. We are all good now Thanks to Kurt at the Oxford store.
