Update by user Aug 14, 2021 They finally started applying my Ebb discount 3 months later. HOWEVER…I did not get credit for the previous months that I was eligible for the discount.. Total rip off. We have had absolutely the worst experience at every turn with them. Would not recommend to anyone. User's recommendation: Steer clear! always read their fine print. Meaning the itty bitty writing on all pages.
