Thank you Original review posted by user Jul 21, 2021 Dear sir / Madam, 1. late charge unreasonable 2. change of address charge unreasonable Explanation below, Sir /Madam, I have traveled yesterday from 273B Jurong west avenue 3 to 608 Hougang Avenue 4. 1. Late charge - I received a message about the driver on 16:27 with 5 minutes time, I was waiting at the location but could not found the driver and called driver 16:32 I have a screenshoot with the timing. I wasn't late but I was charged 3 dollars for late (UNREASONABLE). 2. Change of address charge, Actually, I entered 608 Hougang Avenue 4 but your software is somehow taken as avenue 8. It wasn't my mistake, the driver said unless otherwise change the address he cannot take me to Avenue 4 (Of course he is right) So I have no choice and change the address with the charge of 3 dollars. (UNREASONABLE). Please let me know if it's reasonable or not, It's not only about 6 dollars but an understanding of how to grab operating. Could I thrust grab for charges. Thank you.
