Resolved: Totally frustrated trying to change primary administrative contact

Update by user Jun 07, 2021 QB never reached out to me. I started over and logged in with my personal email -- the one the previous contact used to contact me. After a nerve-wracking couple of entry screens, I managed to guess my way through to success. I've documented the process for subsequent users of our system. Somehow it shouldn't be this difficult to maintain security AND respond to customers.. Original review posted by user May 01, 2021 Total runaround trying to update/change our primary administrative contact registered with Intuit/QB. After filling out all the sign in & security info yesterday and printing the page, including the case number, I attempted to sign in to submit additional requested documentation, only to have QB fail to recognize me. User's recommendation: Probably need to be a clairvoyant in order to successfully jump through all the hoops.
