Resolved: To stop having my credit card charged by Dropbox. I don’t have an account

Update by user May 01, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Update by user May 03, 2021 Dropbox refunded my credit card for several months of payments, so I consider this issue resolved. Original review posted by user Apr 01, 2021 Monthly charge to my credit card by Dropbox is erroneous as I have no account with Dropbox. I cant call customer service at Dropbox as I have no account with them. Credit card agency will now block future payments and BBB and FCC will get my complaint for Dropbox inaccessibility to cancel charge and possible wire fraud User's recommendation: Find another alternative.
