Resolved: Shipment related issue

Update by user Aug 02, 2021 Status has been delivered and refund has been initiated. Original review posted by user Aug 01, 2021 Order number: #179563**** AWB no: 134092****25326 Product was delivered to the customer on 30.07.2021, today is 02.08.2021 still showing "shipped" &;;;; "customer wants future delivery". Customer wants to return the product but because of the status of the order, I can't raise for return request. My issue is still not resolved yet. 3 days past whenever I call xpressbees customer service they are gaining time doing nothing. My customer is continuously blaming me & want her refund. I also didn't get my margin because of the product status is "shipped". Customer is threatening me to complain FIR against me. I have no choice but have to launch FIR against xpressbees to prove my innocence. I will also complain in the consumer forum. Same thing happened with me before few months. I have delivery person number who delivered the product to the customer. +9192****s1128 (delivery person contact number) If xpressbees doesn't take any action tomorrow I'm launching complaint.
