Resolved: Return Label refused : I am unable to return 1 item (a pair of shoes too small bought on Shein French site)

Update by user May 10, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Update by user May 10, 2021 I finally managed to get through (no reason why?)and was therefore able to print the label and return the items. Got the refund at the end but no message was ever received from Shein.com (Client service) to all my emails. Original review posted by user Apr 09, 2021 Below : the 2 last messages sent to Shein (no reply) Dear Shein Please send your return label as requested and for the reasons stated below (emails dated 7 & 8.04.21) as your system won't allow me to move to 'next step/étape suivante' so the item (shoes) can't be returned. Same goes for the attempted chat with Ella (Service Clientèle) today à 16:30 where again, I couldn't type my question : everything went grey... May I remind Shein that all my emails sent with a Delivery Status Notification have been delivered to you. Pass them on if needed. As a customer, no excuse therefore to ignore my rights explicitly set in your Terms & Conditions. If my complaint is not resolved quickly and as the order was paid via PayPal.fr, I will contact their service to start a 'litige' procedure. Up to you! In French, it comes to 'Merci donc de m'envoyer l'étiquette de retour de façon à pouvoir vous renvoyer les chaussures ou dans le cas contraire, j'informe PayPal de ma réclamation laissée sans suite et leur demande d'intervenir comme ils savent si bien le faire'.
