Resolved: Return Label refused : I am unable to return 1 item (a pair of shoes too small bought on Shein French site)

Update by user May 10, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Update by user May 10, 2021 I finally managed to get through (no reason why?)and was therefore able to print the label and return the items.
