Update by user Jul 31, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. As soon as I posted on this site, I finally got an email from shoes.com saying they were sorry for the delay and my refund (minus the restocking fee, of course) was coming. All's well that ends well, but I doubt I'll be ordering from them again. The restocking fee is crazy high if there is a chance of returning something.. Original review posted by user Jul 01, 2021 I ordered 4 pairs and returned 3. (I didn't know about the $8.50 restocking fee on returned items - it's buried in the fine print!) I was able to download the return label, but haven't heard anything for over two months. I emailed customer service 4 times and NO RESPONSE. After reading other reviews, I'm not sure I even want to attempt calling them. I guess I'm out $150. User's recommendation: DON'T BUY FROM SHOES.COM!!
