Update by user Jul 29, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Spoke with Manager and he was able to get me the tires I wanted and he made my appointment for Saturday. Original review updated by user Jul 28, 2021 I went on the Midas website and put in my location for Reisterstown rd seen the tires I wanted and made appointment to get them put on and got the cost and everything. It was Sunday night the 25th I received a confirmation e-mail that told me that the location was closed and someone would get in touch with me within the hour of the business opening but that NEVER happened, so I called Wednesday and found out that the tires I wanted for my car had to be ordered first and then he looked them up and told me he did not even see the tires I put in for. I would like to know what the he-- is going on. What kind of business are they running?
