Update by user Mar 03, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. We did finally receive a partial refund on February 18, HOWEVER they subtracted $25.68 from our purchase price for the cost of RETURN SHIPPING ON AN ITEM WE NEVER ORDERED! TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!. Original review updated by user Mar 03, 2021 On December 3,2020 I ordered an UV Sanitizing Air Purifier from Hammacher Schlemmer. Order# W843****. In mid-December I received a box which contained an item I DID NOT order, an ANTOP HD Smart Panel Antenna! The packing slip that came with this item notated the WRONG...
