Ordered door in March , still not received . Cant even get through to talk to anyone but I can order another door . What a joke , *** company User’s recommendation: Avoid.
The hinges on our door failed twice, causing issues with the rubber gaskets on the threshold, and also causing damage to the threshold. Doorstop customer service is beyond poor, incorrect parts keep getting sent. Save yourself the time and trouble and buy a door from an alternate supplier.
