Update by user Mar 03, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. We did finally receive a partial refund on February 18, HOWEVER they subtracted $25.68 from our purchase price for the cost of RETURN SHIPPING ON AN ITEM WE NEVER ORDERED! TERRIBLE COMPANY! In mid-December I received a box which contained an item I DID NOT order, an ANTOP HD Smart Panel Antenna! The packing slip that came with this item notated the WRONG...
