Update by user Apr 23, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They eventually sent a refund, but I had to pay 10 UK pounds postage which I believe is poor service because headphones were faulty. They made sound like they were doing me a favour. This the last time Skullcandy will see my custom.. Original review posted by user Mar 24, 2021 Had to wait for over 3 weeks for delivery just to find out headphones were faulty. They refused to give me a refund. I even had to pay postage to return. Customer service difficult to get hold of and cut me off when I did. Also never responded to emails sent. User's recommendation: Stay away.
