I contacted Home Depot they told me to contact Lane Furniture, Update by user Jul 01, 2021 Still ongoing, I sent a email 2 days ago and got the message back out of office will return email asap Original review posted by user Jul 01, 2021 I purchased this Rocker Recliner on line through Home Depot When I received it looks like it came from a used Furniture Store, The Fabric is worn to bare cloth on the right arm, seat, back, and foot rest, The right arm is different from the Left arm, it is shorter. I have spoken with 2 of your people and they tell me to get someone to repair it, unfortunetly there is no one to come to my house to look at it. I have asked them to send me a new one and I will return this one to them User's recommendation: Do not order online.
