Update by user Jul 29, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Jabra actually sent me a brand new replacement and ask that I just dispose of the one that didn’t work properly and sent me coupons for any future purchase and when my headset arrived I received 2 rather than one and when I called to let them know they said please don’t worry about it and that they would be happy to help if any problems questions concerns in the future.
