Resolved: Products AND service are absolute garbage!!!

Update by user Mar 11, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. PayPal, NOT Holapick, issued me a fill refund. Holapick got bupkiss. Up yours, Holapick. Thank you, PayPal!. Update by user Mar 11, 2021 After getting absolutely nowhere with Holapick, I contacted PayPal and provided them with the facts of the matter. They contacted Holapick who then offered me a 40% refund, which I declined. The matter then went to PayPal for arbitration and PayPal decided in my favor....
