I saw a tv spot for this and decided to order. No place at the website https://www.tryprogreensplus.com/ does it indicate they are "backordered" severely (ie - can't get you the product in any timely manner). That was Oct 1. I did not choose the "auto ship". Oct 7 I contacted customer service as I checked order status - it wasn't showing even in progress or that my order had been placed. BTW - The only way you can "contact" cust service is through their portal/email. I have not been able to get an actual phone number for them or speak to an actual person. . October 7 is when I was told could be backordered 4-6 weeks! I did not want to wait that long, so asked them just to cancel my order. I was assured (and I have the contact chain) that my order was cancelled, and I would not be charged. I thought it was a done deal and went on with life. Imagine my surprise on NOVEMBER 25 when I find a charge from them at my bank. This also caused an OVERDRAFT fee as I did not have the funds to cover - I was not expecting the charge and wouldn't get paid until November 30. I contact them asking for the charge to reversed. Told they can't - it is already in process and ready to be shipped. Of course, once I get it I can return for refund.
