Update by user Apr 21, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. A discount was offered on future rentals which was declined. A full refund is what we wanted and received. Original review posted by user Apr 17, 2021 Hertz cancelled our reservation without notice which was reserved through the prepay online. They would provide another car for an up charge. This is fraudulent! They would not even confirm if we would be charged cancellation fees because they blamed us for the cancellation, which we did not do! Horrible business practice User's recommendation: Don't reserve online!
