Update by user Jun 15, 2015 We had issues with my Dad’s move from TX to GA in November 2014. We finally have reached satisfactory resolution with this company. Update by user Feb 11, 2015 This company is stonewalling /low balling/disregarding complaints. They provided weigh tickets that were 6 days after pickup some 500 miles away and 50 days after delivery. Blatant disregard for customers and law. Stay away from them at all costs. Original review posted by user Jan 12, 2015 Oasis Moving, Inc. did not provide my Dad with the following, as required by law, 1) Weight Tickets at any time during the move 2) Not asked or Allowed to view Weighing of the truck with & without Household Goods 3) Did not "Make or Provide an Inventory Sheet" upon receiving his Household Goods or at Delivery. This is my personal opinion & belief that the move was not professional in any manner. I believe my Dad who is a WWII veteran was overcharged on the weight of his move. The Original Weight Tickets or any Weight Tickets have not been provided by this company despite numerous requests. Weight overestimated in the beginning, Oasis then added additional weight. Did Not Provide any weight ticket as proof of the weight!! Price for move should be quite a bit less than the estimated price. Additional packing charges should be refunded as they did not provide any of the packing materials charged on the original estimate. “Dumpster Diving” for Boxes is Not Professional or appropriate. Would Rate Zero Star, But that is not an option.
