Update by user Jan 01, 2020 the general manager called and apologized. he said it would be used as a learning experience for his company. jason mathews called the next day and said the deposit that week. i received a check for the deposit not one word of apology, no note, nothing after my going through untold telephone calls and e-mails. I contacted Chevrolet, Rick Hendricks corporate offices, and other sites. This should not have happened. I ordered a 2020 Corvette at another dealer. Original review posted by user Dec 02, 2019 I put a $500 refundable deposit on a 2020 corvette. I cancelled the order three weeks ago and was told that i would be credited within 48 hours. it has been three weeks. I have called and left a dozen messages and Jason Mathews will not return my messages. He is the sales manager in Naples. I cannot afford to lose $500 under any circumstances but right now i believe this is fraud.I can't even get past the operator to talk to the business office.My salesman is not able to help either.
