Update by user Mar 20, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I was given a $200 partial refund I'm happy with the outcome but I still won't use Greyhound ever again. Original review posted by user Feb 18, 2021 Got bus tickets for me and my five year old child to go from Fayetteville North Carolina to Memphis Tennessee after my truck broke down after traveling on our own before we even got to the Fayetteville Greyhound bus station the bus was already broke down we got stuck...
