Update by user Jul 26, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Said they were sorry, ask why I contacted Pissed off .com. I told them I would get some action ASAP. Original review posted by user Jul 26, 2021 I need a replacement set of not Eargo 5 but the next size of hearing aid Nero or something like that! I also need a wax plug to keep wax out of them. Dr. James P. Brown
