1
Update by user Apr 26, 2021 the co sent a technician and my printer drum was replaced at my own costs. Original review posted by user Apr 25, 2021 itI bought 4 printer toners from Nippon-ink Pte Ltd on Lazada web. first bought a black toner on 9-9-20 (Order no. 378484****5615 $30.20) when my printer prompted low in toner ink but did not replace until 23-4-21. On 10-3-2021, I order another 3 other coloured toner, cyan, yellow & pink (Order no. : 486759****5615 $88.49). I replaced Cyan, Yellow and Black toners when my prints became light and faint on 23-4.21. Upon changing to the 3 toners, my printer produced prints that were so badly smudged and I contacted the seller to inform them about my problem. Seller initially said will help but later told me my printer drum spoilt and told me to send my printer to HP for repair. I told seller my printer was still producing clean and faint print (coz the ink was low) before I changed to their toners. After replacing the toners I bought from them, my printer drum now spoilt. Seller is not going to refund for the poor quality toner they sold to me and now said it was my drum that need replacement. I now have to pay for the repair costs when I bring it back to Hewlett Packard, I will have to buy 4 original toners to replace the cartridges as HP will not guarantee the repaired parts if I use compatible toners which I bought from Nippon-Ink. I would like a refund of $88.49 + $30.20 = $118.69 from the seller. Kindly assist. Thanks & {{redacted}}; best regards Radiance Lim
