Update by user Apr 03, 2015 I went back to Wheeler Toyota and spoke with Chip Edwards "the sales Manager" He had a used Toyota FJ Cruiser 4x4 on the lot and was asking 20,981 It went on sale for $18,995 Chip came out and spoke with me face to face I also worked with John Chaffee "salesman" and with Michael Dietz ALL of them were easy to work with and helpful by the time I left I was driving my FJ Cruiser that I had purchased for $16,881 My Mom went in with me and she ended up buying a little used Toyota IQ for under blue book also and she is VERY happy with her little car also. Original review posted by user Mar 21, 2015 They told me it ran great said it was in very good shape well cared for and that it was a great deal I test drove it and it seemed ok but when I bought it and went to leave the key would not start it I could not turn the key so they said oh its a problem with the key they said come back tomorrow I did and they said they replaced part of the tubblers so the key would work they wanted me to pay for it but said well its on us as I said I would just not buy the car. I got home locked the car up went in the house I came back out when to unlock the door and it would not unlock so went to another door would not unlock went to the back would not unlock so I messed with the lock for a long time and the key turned I took it to the dealer and they said oh I am sorry we are not going to fix that. took car home took it to key man who took out the lock and repaired it so I have 1 working lock on the car battery went dead 90 bucks for a new one then about 2 weeks later car over heated added water then car over heated again took it to local shop who said head gasket was blown 1600.00 to fix it I went to the dealer and told them what happened talked to chip the sales manager he told me he would make it right that I could find another car on the lot and they would take the car back and sell me another one so I picked one I liked and it was a lot more but I thought well at least it will most likely run better chip had told me he would sell me a car at a great price even if he has to lose a little to make it right sat down and they said we will take 500 off this car you like everyone knows they ask more for the cars then they are worth and they should have taken 1000 or more of the car in a normal sale then they said ok we will give you 2200.00 for your car and I said wait I paid 3600.00 just a month ago and Chip said brign it in we will take it back and sell you another one he NEVER came out to talk with me he sent his workers to tell me that they would give me 2200.00 for my car instead of replacing it like HE said they would do I feel like they gave me the run around and they sold me a piece of junk I sold the car for 1000.00 and now I need to find another car they are all lip service there..
