Update by user Oct 30, 2019 Got a full refund Original review posted by user Oct 29, 2019 On Sunday 10-27-2019 I requested on carfax report for $39 and Carfax billed PayPal $99 for 6 reports. I requested only one and I never received anything so They took $99 from me for nothing. I contacted PayPal and they said to contact Carfax for a refund. I contacted Carfax and they said in an email they would do something within 2 business days but that hasn’t happened and I can’t get a response from them.
