Resolved: Follow up

Update by user Jan 10, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They never contacted me or apologue , but they refund my money back to my credit card, That's enough for me. Thank you for your support.. Original review posted by user Dec 10, 2020 You asking me if my trouble was solved, they did refund me the money back from my tickets but nobody got in touch with me neither compensate for the different that I had to pay for my new airline tickets for me and my wife.
