Update by user Feb 03, 2020 I would like to thank you guys for your help. I received a call this afternoon from one the store managers and he was very apologetic and concerned about my experience so in return he was nice enough to grant 1/2 off on one of the items that was left off my original purchase the next time I visit any of the P.C. Richards stores. Thanks again for your help and i will pass this consumer site on to my associates & family or whom ever need immediate action taken. Original review posted by user Feb 02, 2020 The customer service I experienced was not what I expected. The sales rep was not engaged with my needs and his answer was short and indirect.The amount of money I spent in store for two items that total 1,100.00 was met with no information on the timing on the expectancy of my delivery via shipment. I also inquired about an air pad 2 case which I really wanted and was brushed off just to get the sales out of the way like I was taking away his free time or lunch break. If this experience was based on the poor customer service I received and me referring anyone else to this particular location I would tell them to stay clear!
