Non-professionalism

Before the inguinal hernia surgery, Dr. Sergei Klimchuk claimed that he did not need X-rays to feel the hernia, but returned the wrong place. I do not know what he was doing there after Returning, but scraping five hundred, and said that he had repaired everything, but of course now need one more surgery.
