Update by user Mar 09, 2020 After numerous visits they replaced my fridge with another one instead of fixing the former fridge. Original review posted by user Jan 30, 2020 I bought a fridge, which was installed by them improperly. The water connection was leaking and I had a very large puddle of water on my kitchen floor. When I called the company they told me to call customer service and also said they were not open till Monday. I had to ask to speak to the manager in order to have someone come out on the weekend to repair it. There was also 4 dents in the side of the fridge. Two weeks after the installation I noticed that my vegetables and fruit were frozen. A repairman came out and said that it was a design flaw and placed a plug in *** that lets to much air in. When I expressed my concern about this to Warners stellian they said they could not replace the fridge unless I paid a restocking fee and well as a installation fee. I would just continue to have it repaired if it continued to have problems. Oh and you also have to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes to talk to a person.
