Update by user Jun 20, 2018 I spoke with Morgan, their customer relations manager and she was very kind and apologized for the conversation I had with the lady 2 days ago. They are agreeing to let me out of the contract. Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2018 We had a sales person come to our house. My husband and I both spoke with him. There was never a mention of a contract. I called to cancel today and was informed of it. I was told I didn't know about it because my husband signed it, even though I was there. I was told I received an email of the contract and I just searched through my email, and have only been emailed service receipts and no contract. I looked on our account on their website and there are only PDF's of the service receipts and no contract to be found. I tried calling the manager back and she didn't take my call. Do not sign up with this company. They will dupe you in a multi year contract and charge you 50% of the remaining contract to cancel.
