Update by user Oct 08, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Sep 08, 2020 Just bought the Conair 2 in 1 hot air brush. It shows 2 settings for low and high but the button only pushes to low. It hardly has any power, only cool air coming out. I would return to walmart but I had to tear apart the package to open it. I usually have no problem with conair products but this is a piece of junk. A waste of $26! User's recommendation: Don't buy.
