Update by user Apr 28, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Apr 28, 2021 I received 2 of the product instead on just 1 that I ordered for $59.00 half price discount. I am pleased with neck relax efficiency so far since I used it twice and easy to operate. User's recommendation: Be careful when ordering online because you dont want to waste your time.
