Original review posted by user Apr 02, 2021 I have your 'Bose SoundLink Revolve, the Portable Bluetooth Speaker with 360 Wireless Surround Sound, Triple Black'. I have been trying all morning to get through, by various phone numbers and texting, to ask a simple question: "Is there a remote control for this model, and if not, which Portable Bluetooth Speaker has a remote control available?" User's recommendation: T-R-Y to get BOSE to hire more people to ANSWER the PHONE!
