Resolved: Cancellation and REFUND

Update by user May 18, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The initial offer was a partial refund with continued use of the service however, they understood my reasons why this was an unacceptable arrangement and issued the full refund. I did mention filing a complaint with you that I had not finished by making negative comments.. Original review posted by user May 11, 2021 My card has just been charged $33.00, May 10, 2021 by mydiabetes.diet. I tried your plan but had to discontinue because it made me sick with abdominal system problems. I do not want to continue this plan. Please cancel my subscription for mydiabetes.diet immediately and also return the recent payment of $33.00. They didn't send a reminder message or email before charging the payment. Beware if you don't like or tolerate a lot of cheese and/or avocado.
