Resolved: Cancelation Problem

Update by user Jun 01, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Apr 28, 2021 I cancelled my subscription last month and they charged my credit card again! I have broken my ankle and had surgery, had Covid, had pneumonia, and have now been diagnosed with cancer in less than a year. When my income went down I cancelled! For them to not honor my request is just plain sad!Ss User's recommendation: Don't give them your Credit Card info!
