Update by user Feb 13, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. He ended up giving me a refund for the frames minus the coupon I used, which is ok. I have still decided that this was the worst experience that I've ever had getting glasses and I will not be back to any Pearl Vision again. I never complained to them that it took 2 months to get glasses and yet they treated me like I was the lowest of the low. Never again..
