Update by user Nov 08, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. no apology, no recognition of all my wasted time. Update by user Nov 08, 2020 Approached manager again, long calm chat, he finally approved the return and 100% refund. What stands out was his first attempt was to get 10% even though their error and inability to provide the chair we originally wanted. Then the bureaucracy starts, district manager has to sign off (took a week), then goes to head office, someone has to approve/process ( another week), their customer service line is of no help. Finally authorization to return comes in, so take furniture to the warehouse. 10 days later no refund to my credit card. Repeated calls to customer service, they don't know why refund not processed, flags to their accounting dept., TA DA - finally done. SO six weeks and numerous calls, holds etc to get this done from the date I received the wrong product.Totally unacceptable, stressful , waste of my time.WILL NEVER ENTER THEIR STORE AGAIN. Original review posted by user Oct 09, 2020 Ordered a set of chairs, picked up at warehouse, then discovered the wrong chairs had been ordered. Sales associate agree she had made an error. Now find out cannot order the correct chairs as are not sold separate from the table. Could not find a suitable chair that could be sold separate. Manager stated we must pay a 10% restocking fee. When you order you are signing a contract that does nothing to protect you in any way. Once they have your money, good luck. User's recommendation: Just avoid them, there are other companies, local long term business in your area are most likely to care about their reputation.
